How ReviewTap works

ReviewTap products use NFC and, on selected products, QR codes to give customers a quick route to your chosen review or social page.

1. Choose your product

Select the ReviewTap product that suits your business, from portable tap cards and adhesive plaques to freestanding NFC + QR counter stands.

2. Set the destination

Some ReviewTap products are supplied ready-programmed to the link you provide after ordering. Other products are designed for you to program yourself using a compatible NFC-writing app. The relevant product page will tell you which setup applies.

3. Place or carry it

Put counter stands and plaques where customers can easily see them, or keep portable cards with staff and mobile teams.

4. Customer taps or scans

A compatible NFC-enabled smartphone can tap the product to open the programmed destination. Products that include a QR code can also be scanned with the phone camera.

Change the link later

Rewritable NFC products can be reprogrammed if your destination changes. Where a QR code is printed for a specific destination, changing that QR destination may require a replacement or updated product.

No monthly ReviewTap subscription

Our standard physical NFC products are one-off purchases unless a product page states otherwise.
